Always learning. That’s my philosophy in work, but also in life. I taught myself HTML at the age of 12 and my first jobs were designing sites for a local artist and an oboe supply store. I worked as a designer and writer at magazines and newspapers throughout college as a journalism major at the University of Missouri-Columbia before pivoting to design full-time and getting my Master’s in Packaging and Communication Design at Pratt Institute with my thesis project on sustainable methods in packaging design and post-consumer upcycling.

Since then, I’ve worked for a decade in the design and retouching industry, and love projects that allow me to utilize a variety of my strengths, from the nitty gritty of design and image production to big-picture creative direction.
